Job Title: NEC Contract Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NEC Contract Administrator to join our Central and Local Government team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering NEC contracts, ensuring timely delivery and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NEC contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
  • Procure and manage consultant expertise, ensuring timely delivery and value for money.
  • Oversee construction project design, estimation, and project planning, including statutory processes and procurement management.
  • Undertake compliance checks against contracts and ensure contract exit procedures are followed.
  • Monitor contract performance and administer service credits and warranty payments where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain contract management plans, ensuring effective contract administration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in NEC contract administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze commercial and technical information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
