Job Title: NEC Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced NEC Contract Administrator to join our Central and Local Government team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring timely project delivery, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, including procurement, contract formation, post-contract cost control, contract administration, value management/engineering, risk management, and final accounts.
  • Develop and implement contract management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, administer service credits, and warranty payments as required.
  • Provide analysis and insights on commercial and technical information to inform business decisions.
  • Develop reports and presentations to update key stakeholders on contract progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably with the NEC form of contract.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex commercial and technical information.
  • Right to work in Ireland.
