Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced NEC Contract Administrator to join our Central and Local Government team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and administering NEC contracts, ensuring project timescales are met, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer NEC contracts, including procurement, contract formation, post-contract cost control, and contract administration.
  • Develop and implement contract management plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor contract performance and administer service credits and warranty payments where applicable.
  • Provide excellent client service and communication, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in the NEC form of Contract, with a strong understanding of contract administration and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract data and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
