Platinum Facilities is seeking a dedicated and organized Contract Support Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to clients and colleagues within the facilities management sector. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients and internal teams regarding maintenance inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate and schedule visits from subcontractors for various service needs.
  • Process orders for necessary parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on contract activities and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems, including purchase orders (POs), work in progress (WIP), quotes, preventative maintenance schedules (PPMs).
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven administrative experience with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Concept and Nav Dynamics systems is highly desirable.
