Job Summary

The IN Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in the recruitment industry. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration and contractor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, approve and finalise client and candidate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contractor Onboarding: Collate relevant documentation, monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including data protection, employment laws, and industry standards.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all contracts, compliance documents, and related correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
  • Client and Candidate Liaison: Serve as point of contact for contract-related inquiries and compliance issues, providing prompt and accurate information to clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of contracts and compliance processes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • General Administration: Review and approve placements using the CRM system, support Head of Contracts with ad-hoc data requests and project support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an administration position
  • Ideally you will have experience in working for a recruitment agency, although this is not necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software, CRM and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agile prioritisation of tasks
