Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our team at our Leyton Depot. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the contracting team, ensuring smooth contract administration and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the contract administration team.
  • Manage timesheets for both permanent and temporary workers.
  • Maintain accurate contract trackers to ensure complete documentation and compliance.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Foster clear communication within the team and across departments.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing documents, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills and work effectively within a team environment.
