About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of business-critical suppliers in the IT/Technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the supply chain and legal teams to develop and implement commercial frameworks that align with business needs.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers who are crucial to the wider business operations.
- Generate contract templates, devise methodologies, lead important negotiations, and resolve supplier disputes.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure policies and frameworks are fit for purpose and continually improve and refine such processes when and where possible.
Requirements
- Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for IT/Technology suppliers.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to effectively manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong commercial acumen with a knack for influencing negotiations and a proven track record of steering them towards desired commercial and business outcomes.
What We Offer
- A base salary of up to £65,000.
- A discretionary bonus of up to 10%.

Working Arrangements
You will be working in a hybrid pattern, with 2 to 3 days a week in the office in London.
