About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of business-critical suppliers in the IT/Technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the supply chain and legal teams to develop and implement commercial frameworks that align with business needs.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers who are crucial to the wider business operations.
  • Generate contract templates, devise methodologies, lead important negotiations, and resolve supplier disputes.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure policies and frameworks are fit for purpose and continually improve and refine such processes when and where possible.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for IT/Technology suppliers.
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to effectively manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong commercial acumen with a knack for influencing negotiations and a proven track record of steering them towards desired commercial and business outcomes.

What We Offer

Working Arrangements
