Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a hybrid role of Spa Reservations Agent and Receptionist to join the team.

Your role

As a Spa Reservations Agent, you are responsible for handling guests' enquiries and correspondence ensuring that all reservations are complete, correct and made strategically with regard to productivity to reduce the amount of down time for Therapists.

As a Spa Receptionist, you are responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing.
