About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations and inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all spa visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Reservations and Inquiries: Handle reservations and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and timely communication with guests.
  • Spa Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the spa, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and reconciliations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, as well as basic computer skills and knowledge of spa operations.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling guest information and inquiries.
