About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Ned. As the first point of contact for our spa guests and members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Scheduling: Schedule treatments and services, taking into account guest preferences and therapist availability.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your exceptional knowledge of our products to advise guests and members on the treatments and services available.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain our various systems and reports, as well as perform daily administrative duties.
