About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at GLL. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Manage bookings and maintain the presentation, organization, and cleanliness of our spa space.
  • Provide a full range of services to fulfill different client needs and objectives, including booking tours and promoting our spa experience.
  • Ensure compliance with spa rules and procedures, and enforce relevant regulations applicable to the spa's operation.
  • Assist spa patrons with the use of facilities and activities, and encourage maximum use of our spa services.
  • Market and promote our spa, and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Actively up-sell services during customer interactions, and encourage bookings of our spa experience and treatments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively promote, market, and sell our spa services.
  • Ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity.
  • Ability to deliver a high-quality service with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of the characteristics and qualities that customers want from a spa or health and fitness center.
  • Knowledge of electronic booking systems.
  • Evidence of achieving results and making a difference to customers.
