Richmond American University London is seeking to appoint a highly motived and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Officer to support its Quality Assurance operations.

This role requires experience and proficiency with administrative practices, excellent Microsoft Office skills and the confidence to work autonomously across diverse areas of responsibility. The Quality Assurance team works with faculty, administrators and leadership across the University. The Quality Assurance Officer serves as a front-line point of contact for internal and external colleagues, coordinates logistics for panel events and committee meetings and serves as support and key record-keeper for related outcomes and actions.

It is desirable that candidates will bring experience of working in an administrative role at an institution of further or higher education but we will also welcome applications from well-organised, capable administrators with experience outside of the higher education sector. The Quality Assurance Officer post reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, interfaces with the Deputy Registrar - Quality Assurance and Collaborative Provision, and will share responsibility for the unit's administrative function with a second administrator. The central function of the Quality Assurance Officer role is to maintain accurate, well-organised and comprehensive documentation, in support of the University's duties to key external bodies, including (but not limited to) the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), the Office for Students (OfS) and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE – US).
