Job Overview

Position Title: Quality Assurance Graduate

Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours weekly)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site attendance.

Location: West London, England

Compensation: £30,000 annually, inclusive of holidays, sick leave, and pension benefits.

SRG is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Graduate to contribute to our quality assurance efforts.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have graduated from a UK university within the last two years, holding a degree in Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality assurance activities in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while effectively utilizing relevant documentation and IT systems.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the local Quality System Owner, suggesting improvements or solutions as necessary.
  • Adhere to timelines and performance metrics associated with the quality system.
  • Assist in the collection of data for Key Quality Indicators and contribute to trend analysis reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate from a UK university with a degree in Life Sciences.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning - actively enhancing knowledge and skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Resilience and motivation, with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills, maintaining focus on tasks amidst challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Aptitude for adapting and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance is a plus.

Additional Information:

Applicants should ensure they are able to commute to the company site. While hybrid working is supported, a minimum of 3 days in the office is expected. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

During the contract period, employment will be managed by SRG, acting as the recruitment agency for this position.
