Hopwood Hall College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Quality Assurance team. As Director of Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the college delivers high-quality education and training to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the college meets its quality assurance obligations.
- Develop and coordinate the sharing of qualitative and quantitative data to support self-assessment and quality improvement frameworks.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Educated to GCSE standard which must include English and maths.
- Recognised teaching qualification.
- Recognised Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification.
- Experience of working as a Moderator, Senior Verifier or External Quality Assurer (EQA).
- Specialist quality assurance qualification or training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and on initiative with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy to meet deadlines.
- High level of analytical and reporting skills.
