Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify and address quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Provide training and coaching to quality assurance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that improve compliance and reduce risk.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex quality issues.
  5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.
