Director of Quality Assurance

At Crescent Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve our quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance are integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and compliance procedures and policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality and compliance metrics to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems and processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of quality professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GMP and ISO 9001.
