Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

FJWilson Talent Services is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and upholding regulatory compliance and best practices in delivering Apprenticeships and Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage academic quality and standards
  • Oversee Higher Education and apprenticeship data
  • Ensure the quality assurance and enhancement of educational programs
  • Engage with regulatory frameworks, such as Ofsted and funding rules
  • Support student compliance processes
  • Collaborate on different team projects

Requirements:

  • Proactive and detail-oriented quality assurance specialist
  • Understanding of regulations and quality assurance principles
  • Experience working effectively with senior management
  • Familiarity with Ofsted inspections and external audits
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations (OfS/QAA/ESFA/Ofsted)
  • Strong grasp of current quality assurance and enhancement issues in HE
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and apply them within an organisation
