Key Benefits:

  • Schedule: 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Friday

Role Overview:

As the Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational team and fostering robust relationships with educational and training partners.

You will serve as the primary resource for Assurance Officers and the Assurance Coordinator, offering vital guidance and support. Additionally, you will stand in for the Certified Training & Education Manager when required and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of team processes and communications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Support: Serve as the first point of contact for daily operational challenges and act as a deputy for the Certified Training & Education Manager.
  • Partner Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective education and training partners, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring that all educational materials and delivery adhere to the organization’s high standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on refining processes and communication strategies to enhance the experiences of partners and learners.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with a background in customer service or relationship management in a B2B context.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical abilities to assess processes and propose enhancements.
  • Team Player: A friendly and supportive demeanor, capable of working collaboratively and escalating issues as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: High-level planning and organizational capabilities to meet deadlines and performance targets.
