Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our commissioned services.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Contract Management: Monitor and manage contracts with service providers to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioned services to ensure the best interests of the child are met.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with service providers, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures related to commissioning services.
- A social work qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in commissioning work.
