We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Gaywood, Kings Lynn. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

We support 3 gentlemen live together supported 24/7, they need support to live their lives to the full and all enjoy going out either in their own vehicles or on public transport.

You will work as part of a team on 2 week rolling rota which includes Weekend work, bank Holidays and includes Morning and Afternoon shifts, Rotas are completed at least 5 weeks in advance.

You will be expected to support gentlemen to go swimming, holidays, baking at home and days out of their choice.

They will also need support to make Health appointments, Shopping regular contacts with families and will need support with all aspects of personal care.

Training is provided by Dimensions which includes mandatory training and Service specific ie Peg,insulin.

Dimensions is proud to be one of very few social care organisations that are accredited by the Great Places To Work programme in 2024 – now 6 years in a row
