Position: Care Support Worker (Days)

Compensation: £12.60 per hour (days) + additional benefits

Average Hours: 25.5 hours per week with potential for extra shifts

Daily Responsibilities:

As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support activities, empowering our residents to make informed choices while promoting their independence and dignity according to their personalized care plans.

You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and residents. Your participation in wellbeing initiatives and activities will help create a safe and engaging atmosphere.

Timely responses to call bells and emergencies will be essential, along with effective communication with healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
