Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding rent accounts
  • Regularly monitor accounts with arrears and take appropriate action

  • Prepare and deliver legal notices as needed
  • Ensure a customer-focused approach in all interactions

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and change
