Income Officer

Berneslai Homes has a great opportunity for an experienced Income Officer to join their team in Barnsley. This position is a full-time role on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing income management services to support tenants and maintain sustainable tenancies.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding rent accounts
- Regularly monitor accounts with arrears and take appropriate action

- Prepare and deliver legal notices as needed
- Ensure a customer-focused approach in all interactions
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualification
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and change
