In this role, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support as part of our IT Service Desk, while also overseeing the maintenance of our systems, software, and infrastructure to ensure a high-quality and efficient service is provided. You will assist both onsite personnel and remote users through various support channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering 1st and 2nd line support and escalating issues to 3rd line support when necessary, collaborating effectively within the Service Desk team.
- Managing incoming requests through the ticketing system, ensuring issues are categorized and logged accurately. Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completing tickets within the designated timeframe.
- Proactively troubleshooting issues to provide resolutions for end users.
- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills while assisting users in a professional and approachable manner, demonstrating empathy towards their concerns.
- Supporting IT services across the organization and multiple remote locations.
- Assisting the broader IT & Change team with ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Familiarity with technology in areas such as Windows 10, Citrix/VDI, Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD/Active Directory, and Exchange.
- A solid understanding of essential IT infrastructure components, including networking, telephony, operating systems, application servers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk roles is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, with a talent for building rapport and understanding user needs.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to time and resource constraints.
