Care Support Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
Providing person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes and within the community
Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £94, including holiday pay, and a range of shifts available from Monday to Sunday. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we'd love to hear from you.
