In this role, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support as a member of our IT Service Desk, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, software, and infrastructure. Your expertise will help us maintain a high standard of service for both onsite personnel and remote users through various support channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support and escalating issues to 3rd line support when necessary, while collaborating effectively within the Service Desk team.
- Managing incoming requests through our ticketing system, ensuring accurate categorization and logging of issues, while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively troubleshooting and resolving user issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills, assisting users in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Supporting IT services across the organization and assisting remote workers.
- Collaborating with the IT & Change team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A foundational understanding of technology, including Windows 10, Citrix/VDI, Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD/Active Directory.
- Knowledge of key IT infrastructure components such as networking, telephony, operating systems, application servers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a talent for building rapport and understanding user needs.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively within time and resource limitations.
