The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, including the Eurovision Song Contest last year and in 2024, we will be hosting Labour Party Conference, in addition to a packed programme of entertainment and business events.

The successful candidate will be one of the lead managers covering assigned events across The ACC Liverpool Group campus.

The Front of House Manager ensures that all visitors experience the best customer service possible whilst feeling safe and secure when attending events here at ACC Liverpool.

Essential skills for this role include at least two years proven Event or Operational Management experience. We are looking for candidates who display the following skills:

  • Ability to communicate with a diverse audience
  • Problem solving skills
  • A driver for continuous improvement

Commitment to and the flexibility to work hours as determined by the business including evenings, weekends and night work are pivotal for this role. This role is entirely operational, and the hours of work are driven by the event calendar. This role is an annualised hours contract.
