Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and Launch Properties:
- Showcase and launch properties for sale.
- Manage inquiries related to property listings.
- Conduct High-Quality Viewings:
- Solicit and conduct high-quality property viewings.
- Promote and Negotiate Offers:
- Promote properties and negotiate offers.
- Check chains and proof of funds during negotiations.
- Vendor Feedback and Price Management:
- Provide regular feedback to vendors.
- Seek price reductions or concessions to facilitate sales.
- Communication and Stock Retention:
- Keep all parties informed and up to date regularly.
- Ensure stock retention through effective communication.
- Business Generation:
- Work with CRM and buyer applicants for additional valuation opportunities.
- Undertake business generation activities.
- Maximize Opportunities:
- Maximize opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal, and financial services.
- Professional Conduct:
- Conduct viewings professionally for positive impressions.
- Identify additional business opportunities from buyers.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor daily activity goals and report to the Manager.
- Assist with compiling performance figures as required.
- Ambassadorship:
- Be an excellent ambassador, delivering a high service level.
- Obtain positive feedback and reviews.
Requirements:
- Ideally, 12-18 months of negotiation experience.
- Candidates with selling skills from other sectors will be considered.
- Self-starting, proactive individuals with strong selling skills.
