We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven ERP Solutions Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the mid-tier and corporate sectors, leveraging the extensive NetSuite Software portfolio along with the comprehensive services offered by RSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve established sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage a personal business portfolio in alignment with a defined market development strategy.
- Oversee the mix of software and services, ensuring pricing and margins align with the company's pricing structure to meet sales goals.
- Develop and secure new client relationships through ethical sales practices, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Utilize approved prospecting tools to maintain up-to-date information relevant to the business.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and follow up as necessary.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to the team.
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation to foster profitable business relationships.
- Participate in external and internal meetings to support business development efforts.
- Attend training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in selling ERP solutions is crucial.
- Background in selling CRM or financial solutions.
- Experience in a dedicated new business sales role.
- Demonstrated success in selling software and services, particularly ERP.
- Track record of engaging with C-level executives.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
