RSM's Consulting division plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth. It brings together diverse teams to deliver client-centric solutions across six key areas: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

Role Overview

As an ERP Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the ERP solutions market. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the ERP solutions sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and solution architects, to deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape within the ERP solutions market.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in selling ERP solutions, CRM/Financials software, or related technologies to enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
