Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERP Solutions Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving new business sales for our NetSuite Software offerings, alongside the comprehensive suite of services provided by RSM.

Our Consulting division integrates various teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to deliver tailored solutions for our clients in the middle market. With a dedicated workforce of over 1,700 professionals, we are committed to generating significant revenue while fostering growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and prioritize personal sales activities to achieve defined sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and develop a personal business portfolio in alignment with an established market development strategy.
  • Oversee the mix of software and services, ensuring pricing and margins align with the published price list to meet sales goals.
  • Engage with potential clients ethically to develop new customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize company-approved tools to maintain up-to-date and relevant information for business insights.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and follow up as necessary.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing relevant feedback to the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to foster profitable business relationships.
  • Participate in external and internal meetings to support business development efforts.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge as required by the company.
  • Adhere to HR policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in selling ERP solutions is essential.
  • Background in selling CRM or Financial solutions.
  • Experience in a dedicated New Business Sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in selling software and services, particularly ERP.
  • Track record of engaging with C-level executives.
  • Possession of a clean and current driving license.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
