OTE: Up to £31,000 uncapped

Key Responsibilities:
Present and Launch Properties:
- Showcase and launch properties for sale.
- Manage inquiries related to property listings.
Conduct High-Quality Viewings:
- Solicit and conduct high-quality property viewings.
Promote and Negotiate Offers:
- Promote properties and negotiate offers.
- Check chains and proof of funds during negotiations.
Vendor Feedback and Price Management:
- Provide regular feedback to vendors.
- Seek price reductions or concessions as necessary to facilitate sales.
Communication and Stock Retention:
- Keep all parties informed and up to date regularly.
- Ensure stock retention through effective communication.
Business Generation:
- Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities.
- Undertake business generation activities.
Maximize Opportunities:
- Maximize opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal, and financial services.
Professional Conduct:
- Conduct viewings professionally to impress both vendors and buyers.
- Identify additional business opportunities from buyers.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor daily activity goals and report to the Manager.
- Assist with the compilation of performance figures as required.
Ambassadorship:
- Be an excellent ambassador, delivering a high service level.
- Obtain positive feedback and reviews.
Requirements:
- Ideally, 12-18 months of negotiation experience.
- Candidates with selling skills from other sectors will be considered.
- Self-starting, proactive individuals with strong selling skills.
