What you'll do

Delivering the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues. A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being. Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track. What you'll bring

Ideally some previous experience working Administrator. Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication style.
