Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Supervise the drafting, negotiation, and administration of employment agreements and related HR documentation.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new employees and those departing the organization.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage employee benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of our workforce.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, including social gatherings and team-building activities.
- Career Development Framework: Design and implement a structured career progression framework for employees.
- HR Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve HR-related challenges with professionalism and confidentiality.
