Store Operations Associate

As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all store administrative tasks are executed to meet compliance standards. Your friendly demeanor and adaptability will be essential when assisting on the sales floor or in the stockroom. Role Overview:
To excel as a Store Operations Associate, you will:
Carry out daily administrative responsibilities, including inventory and cash management Facilitate the efficient operation of administrative processes to achieve excellent audit outcomes Assist in various store areas as required, encompassing both sales and stockroom duties Provide prompt and courteous service to our customers, whether in the back office or on the sales floor Proactively communicate any administrative challenges or discrepancies with the Store Team Take initiative in your personal developmentWe offer a range of outstanding benefits (details available upon request)
Candidate Profile:
Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous, with a strong focus on accuracy Demonstrate pride in your work and approach all responsibilities with enthusiasm and energy Maintain a friendly, composed, and efficient demeanor, even during peak times A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently Flexible, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond Proficient in using a computerIn accordance with Home Office guidelines, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office skill level requirements. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from Next.
