Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at World Duty Free Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Stock and Logistics, Product, and Terminal Management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set business targets, and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure team members are utilizing manpower planning tools to optimize store operations and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Regularly review sales, hourly, daily, and weekly reports to identify business needs and opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve store performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a team in a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results and improving customer experience
