About the Role

We are seeking a confident and friendly communicator to join our team as a Store Associate. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences
  • Work efficiently and safely to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
