This is an exciting opportunity with a reputable company seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee a charming gift and souvenir outlet.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, managing a diverse range of products including souvenirs, apparel, and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and cash management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons, addressing purchases and inquiries effectively.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring proper training for new team members.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate product orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment with well-displayed and stocked merchandise.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Punctual and skilled in time management.
- Strong administrative capabilities, including inventory management and sales reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks as needed.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is approximately £12.50, equating to an annual salary of £26,000, along with various benefits.
