Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing in Edinburgh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our wellbeing hub.
Key Responsibilities- Co-responsible for the day-to-day running of a standalone store, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of customer service.
- Drive forward sales and company objectives, identifying opportunities to increase store footfall and promote NEOM as a brand.
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Support with stock management at offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, and sending stock to store, maintaining efficient inventory levels.
- Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence, making informed decisions to ensure continued success.
- Lead by example, supporting your team with daily tasks, and providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld, creating an inviting and engaging store environment.
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, working with partnering businesses to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers, aligning with NEOM's values and mission.
- At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
- Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and a natural interest in health and wellbeing.
- A love of customer service, with the ability to translate this into inspiring your colleagues and driving team success.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to maintain impeccable standards in store.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a positive energy that inspires others.
