The main tasks
  • Adjust production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines.
  • Plan the delivery of finished products and support efficient distribution.
  • Create import and export documents in Excel and input data into SAP.
  • Ensure product quality by addressing damage and shipping issues promptly in coordination with various warehouses.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to customer orders and inquiries.
  • Input, collect, and analyze sales-related data, and prepare reports for internal use.
  • Handle consumer complaints and arrange for the shipment of replacement products.
  • Coordinate with couriers to ship samples and order office supplies as needed.
The criteria of hiring the staff who manages supply chain.
  • The person has minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SCM, logistics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of international trade terms is preferred(e.g.,incoterms,I/V,P/L,BL)
  • Experience using SAP systems or supply chain management software is preferred.
  • Data Analysis and reporting skills: Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to efficiently plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects by paying attention to details and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(business level) to manage international supply chains
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong teamwork skills to work smoothly with staff from various departments
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to requests and tasks from various departments such as sales, marketing and regulation team.
