About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Officer to join our dynamic team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our procurement and supply chain function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement and supply chain processes for medical and non-medical consumables across all UCLH sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve supply chain issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCSE pass or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain methodologies and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
