About the Role:

NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a skilled Web Analyst to drive data-driven insights and optimise our digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing website traffic, user behaviour and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise web analytics tools to effectively track and analyse website traffic, user engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of user behaviours and segments to gain insights into customer touchpoints and opportunities for performance optimisation.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports to support decision making, strategic planning and track KPI performance.
  • Foster productive working relationships with product and content owners to advance web analytics event tagging, ensuring effective measurement of site traffic and behavioural activity.
  • Provide guidance to team members on interpreting analytics data through knowledge sharing and training opportunities.

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Web Analytics (minimum 3+ years direct or relevant experience).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
