About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analyst to join our digital analytics function at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the assessment of our digital products across various fascias.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Development: Collaborate with the digital product team to create a suite of dashboards that provide valuable insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization of our websites, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Experimentation Support: Work closely with the experimentation function to analyze A/B test results, providing actionable insights to inform product development.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, supporting the senior analyst/manager to develop best practices across product, UX, user testing, and analytics.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a product or web analytics position, preferably in an e-commerce/retail business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (required) and R/Python (desired). Experience with GA4/Big Query and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tools) is highly valued.
  • Visualisation Skills: Strong visualisation skills, with experience in tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt presentation style to suit different audiences.
