At Nationwide you will be working as a Telephony consultant, you will play a key role handling inbound calls within Nationwide's Mortgage Services team. You will be answering member calls for post completion mortgage accounts.

The role is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week between Monday and Saturday and this will require you to attend the office 2 days a week after training has been completed. Training will be the first 8-10 weeks and this will be full time 9-5 within the office.

We will be running an Assessment Centre for this position, therefore you must be available to attend our Northampton office on the week commencing 26th August.

You will discuss a range of services including advocating self-serve through our online services and support the member through their journey.

Skills we require:

  • Be competent in using differing IT systems.
  • Have experience working in an inbound call centre environment or face to face customer service Thrive in a target driven environment.
  • Be Customer focused, a quick learner, a good communicator Work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Be able to show empathy and sympathy using the tone of your voice.
