We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Liaison, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers to arrange dates for appointments and meetings
  • Providing administrative support and phone work
  • Following set procedures and exercising independent judgement in carrying out instructions under general supervision
  • Preparing routine correspondence and documents
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources
  • Updating in-house systems and databases
  • Sending out letters, applications, and orders

Requirements:

  • Extended experience in the administrative sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work with confidential information
  • Ability to provide professional references

Working Arrangements:

You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £11.88 per hour, paid weekly. You will also accrue holiday pay as you work, and this is a long-term contract.
