Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to arrange dates for appointments and meetings
- Providing administrative support and phone work
- Following set procedures and exercising independent judgement in carrying out instructions under general supervision
- Preparing routine correspondence and documents
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources
- Updating in-house systems and databases
- Sending out letters, applications, and orders
Requirements:
- Extended experience in the administrative sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work with confidential information
- Ability to provide professional references
Working Arrangements:
You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £11.88 per hour, paid weekly. You will also accrue holiday pay as you work, and this is a long-term contract.
