Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer complaints
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
