VIQU is on the lookout for an IT Service Solutions Advisor to join a dynamic IT organization that excels in delivering a wide range of IT services and solutions.
The IT Service Solutions Advisor will be an integral part of the pre-sales team, collaborating closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and offering a consultative approach to meet their needs. In this role, you will guide clients on the implementation of Managed and Professional Services or optimize their existing usage. Additionally, our client offers a diverse array of technology products, and you will be expected to possess a thorough understanding of these offerings to enhance them by integrating professional and managed services, thereby delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify and resolve client challenges.
- Prepare and present outsourcing solutions, including professional and managed services, during client meetings.
- Foster and develop relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Design and formulate solution proposals through discovery and assessment discussions, with support from vendors, distributors, and service partners.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and responses to client tenders.
- Leverage your expertise to upsell and outsource new solution areas across the UK.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and complementary solutions within the key vendor portfolio.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultative capacity within a Managed Service Provider or a similar organization.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions in corporate settings.
- Experience in selling or providing support for outsourcing requirements to end users.
