Join our Regional Civils team as a Site Agent where you will be working on a new exciting highways project in Oxford and you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

As a Civils Site Agent you will provide management, leadership and of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen throughout the delivery of the project.What you'll be doing

As a Site Agent you will:

Set targets and KPIs in line with Project / Business objectives and monitors performanceOversee and lead the Site team throughout the project lifecycleCarry out periodic Safety & Environment Tours as requiredEnsure that sufficient resources are allocated to the Works Section and that each has an appropriate level of abilityAppraise improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriateCarry out constructive analysis of fully resourced programmeManage sub-contractor performance based on KPIsEnsure production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programmeHave involvement in the procurement of subcontractors and advises on commercial aspects / preferred attendances.Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

HND/BSC in Civil Engineering or relevant qualificationExperience of working on a Civil Engineering ProjectExperience of working on NEC forms of contractMain Contracting background would be beneficial.
