Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager to ensure Right at Home care operations has outstanding compliance. This is largely a field-based role to support our Clients/Caregivers in maintaining and improving our high standards of care.
Carrying out client reviews and risk assessmentsUndertake field observations and spot checks on Caregivers.
New client onboarding and introducing carer to the clients.
Follow up on all concerns, referrals and liaise with other professional in a Multidisciplinary integrated care setting.
Supervisions and monitors Caregiver's progress i.e. observation/ spot checksSign off New Caregivers making sure they are competent with their medication and Manual Handling. Shadowing / Mentoring New caregivers and supporting them making sure they are ready to work alone.
Participate in pre-onboarding client assessments and complete care plans.
Taking part in an on- call rota (required)
