Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of care services by carrying out assessments, reviews, and supervising care workers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning of realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account individual needs and worker skills.
- Carry out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs evaluations.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
- Shadow new care workers to ensure competence and provide on-site supervision and evaluation of care worker practice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care packages.
