About the Role

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our home care services in our designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain field-based quality control systems to ensure high standards of care are met.
  • Provide support and guidance to Care & Support Workers within a defined area, promoting good practice and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular spot checks to monitor carer performance and identify training needs.
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Complete care assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with care staff and service users.
  • Assist the Registered Manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
  • Support the Care Coordinator with administrative tasks and duties as required.

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • 100% commitment to improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals.
  • Flexibility to cover on-call shifts to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working in Health & Social Care.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (desirable).
